Booking

How do I book a flight on UnoFare?
Simply enter your departure city, destination, travel dates, and number of passengers on our homepage. Click "Search Flights" to view available options. Select your preferred flight, enter passenger and payment details, and confirm your booking. You'll receive an e-ticket by email immediately.
Are all prices shown in Canadian dollars?
Yes. All prices on UnoFare.com are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden charges.
Can I book for multiple passengers?
Yes, you can book for up to 4 adults in a single booking. For group bookings of 5 or more passengers, please call us at +1-00-00-000 for special group rates.
Do you charge booking fees?
Online bookings through UnoFare.com have zero booking fees. Phone-assisted bookings may incur a small service fee of CAD $15-25 per ticket to cover the cost of agent assistance.

Tickets & Check-in

How will I receive my ticket?
All tickets are e-tickets sent to your email address immediately after booking confirmation. You can use the e-ticket confirmation for online check-in or present it at the airport check-in counter.
When can I check in for my flight?
Online check-in typically opens 24 hours before departure for most airlines. You can check in through the airline's website or mobile app using your booking confirmation number.
Can I select my seat?
Seat selection is available during online check-in (24 hours before departure) for most airlines. Some fare classes allow advance seat selection. Contact us if you need a specific seat arrangement.

Changes & Cancellations

Can I change my flight after booking?
Changes are subject to the airline's fare rules. Contact us at +1-00-00-000 or email support@Unofare.com with your booking reference. Fare differences and airline change fees may apply.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer free cancellation within 24 hours of booking (if departure is 7+ days away). After 24 hours, the airline's cancellation policy applies. See our full Cancellation Policy page for details.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds for 24-hour cancellations take 5-7 business days. Airline-approved refunds take 7-14 business days. The refund will appear on your next 1-2 credit card billing statements.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and PayPal. All payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Is my payment information secure?
